The National Library offers membership for persons who wish to borrow books against a refundable deposit of 400 Dhs (three months after first borrowing date). Three Arabic books or two books in other languages may be borrowed at a time. The borrowing period is 15 days renewable for another 15 days unless the book is requested by another borrower. Periodicals, transcripts, reference books, books of more than two volumes and single copy books may not be borrowed. (To become a member the following documents are required - ID or passport copy, signed undertaking form and two photos).
