Rashid Al Mansouri’s camels have ranked the first four positions At Mazayna Al Dhafra competition
UAE – Western Region: The Emirati Khalfan Bin Sendih Al Mansouri has achieved great success during his participation in Mazayna Al Dhafra (Camels beauty contest) on its first day competition at the Western Region. Khalfan’s naqah (female camel) Mayasah who is registered under his son’s name Abdulla has been ranked for the first position in Al Mafareed Tilad competition which is for sheikhs and whoever wishes to take part from the tribes with a total score of 94 points out of 100 and the owner was awarded a prize of Nissan 4WD. His second naqah (sabbara) was also ranked in the same period for the second position with 92 score points and the award was a Chevrolet Tahoe and the Sabbara is also registered under his son’s name Abdulla.
The naqah Shaheniah which is also owned by Khalfan and registered under his son name Rashid won the third prize for the Mafarid Tilad race for sheikhs and whoever wishes to take part from the tribes with 90 score points and awarded a Toyota pickup.
Khalfan’s naqah (Al Tawilah) has been ranked for the fourth position at the same period. Al Tawilah is registered under his son’s name Mohammed Hamad with 88 points and was awarded a cash prize of 30 thousand dirhams.
Khalfan has expressed his happiness with the winnings, confirming the success of Mazayina Dhafra Festival to achieve its goals through encouraging the youth and motivate them to be more related to their heritage and consider it as a part of their national identity and also added that these kind of traditional and heritage activities enhances harmony and affection between the people of the Gulf countries (GCC) and make them feel the unity of customs, traditions and common heritage.
